Yesterday, Managing Director of PAI and APEC, Mr. Kristof Waterschoot signed a Letter of Intent with Mr. Volodymyr Omelyan, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine and a Memorandum of Understanding with Mr. Raivis Veckagans, CEO of the Ukrainian Sea Port Authority.
Present at the signing was the Ambassador of Belgium to Ukraine, H.E. Mr. Alex Lenaerts.
The signing represents a closer collaboration between PAI, APEC and Ukraine by further developing their ports through intense training.
